On the other hand, the report also shows that buyers are 29% more likely to make a purchase on the same day when using social media to help them shop before or during a trip to the store. Also, shoppers are four times more likely to spend more when using social media to make their purchasing decision. And finally, consumers who feel like they are influenced by social media are six times more likely to spend significantly more than non social media users.


How does Social Media influence Consumer’s Purchasing Decision and Shopping Behavior?

The main thing to do is having a presence on social media, of course. Then, you have to build a stronger relationship with your customers. People like brands that care about their clients and their experiences.
