We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Community Manager to join our team!. You'll create content, lead community management, and manage social channels. If you love writing, managing communities, finding what makes the audience work, and turning that idea into a great job, all with enthusiasm and a collaborative attitude, then you'll fit right in. Please keep in mind that this is a remote full time position. You will work from home so you should have a good internet connection.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Degree in communication, journalism, marketing, graphic design or related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
1-2 years writing experience - ideally across multiple formats.
Expertise and enthusiasm for social media platforms.
Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential.
Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
Proficient in Google Analytics.
It's a plus
Experience with Hootesuite, Tweetback, Sprinklr or other CMS platforms.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Monitor forums and engage accordingly in the company’s best interests.
Create all social media posts in-sync with company and business line strategies/campaigns.
Act as the frontline for customer support and service on social channels when needed.
Conduct content analysis and optimization with the digital marketing team.
