Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an outstanding Sales Coordinator able to take our sales team to another level. The successful candidate will be the one able to work with external sales staff to prepare offers and communicate with customers, including budget tracking and CRM opportunity updates. Someone able to build and maintain positive customer relationships. If you have excellent social and customer service skills, this position is for you. 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Studies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Soft Skills

  • Communication, customer service, leadership.

  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

Experience

  • More than 1 year in customer service, sales or office administration.

Hard Skills

  • Data entry, data analysis.


Languages

  • Spanish: Advanced.

  • English: Advanced.

It's a plus

  • Experience in ERP system/Order Management system.

  • Experience as a Sales Coordinator.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Create quotations and sales orders for pricing and delivery in ERP per procedure, following stringent contract review step by step including key stakeholder review, providing documents to Business Developer and customers as directed.

  • Add/update CRM database with customer and opportunity records including correspondence, status updates, noting written and verbal communications.

  • Monitor the progress of scheduled orders to ensure customer expectations are met, commitments are kept and the delivery schedule is achieved, communicating with sales personnel and customers of any changes to commitments.
